These special effects require resourcepack to work. Download it from here:
Fade between camera changes
Step 1
Go to the start of your animation and add a new effect, then select command and write this command in chat.
title %player% times 20 20 20
Step 2
Go to the start of your animation and add a new effect, then select command and write this command in chat.
title %player% title {"text":"A","font":"cinematics:various"}
Letterboxing (black bars)
The resourcepack offers Carved Pumpkin special texture to create the letterboxing. To trigger this effect you have to enable it in the timeline editor.
