Creative gamemode

CREATIVE gamemode won't show any rule to avoid issues.

The reason is becuase CREATIVE gamemode gives FULL control to the client and can cause items to get the fake properties applied completely and not only visually, due to how the game works.

Recipes book

The plugin doesn't edit anything in the recipes book to avoid too much processing and bandwidth usage.
